Manage SMTP servers, audit trails, API keys, notifications, and site workflows.

Overview

The Site Settings section provides a centralized administration console for configuring workspace-level services and operational features.

From this menu, Workspace Administrators can manage security, developer integrations, notifications, automation workflows, AI capabilities, audit history, and system maintenance.

These settings apply to the current workspace and help ensure secure, reliable, and efficient application management.

Settings Components

Audit Activity Logs

The Audit Activity Logs module records important activities performed within the workspace.

Every significant operation is logged to provide complete visibility into user actions and system events.

SMTP Email Services

The SMTP Email Services module allows administrators to configure an outbound email provider for the workspace.

Once configured, CoconutDB can send transactional emails for various platform features.

  • Workflow notifications
  • System alerts

Administrators can configure their preferred SMTP provider using their organization's email infrastructure.

Developer API Keys

The Developer API Keys module allows administrators to create and manage API Keys for secure application integration.

API Keys provide authenticated access to CoconutDB REST APIs without requiring user login credentials.

Administrators can generate, rotate, or revoke API Keys as needed.

Push Notifications

The Push Notifications module enables real-time notifications for applications connected to the workspace.

Administrators can configure notification providers and use them to send alerts triggered by application events or workflows.

Site Workflows

The Site Workflows module allows administrators to create server-side automation that executes in response to application events, HTTP requests, or scheduled tasks.

AI Studio

The AI Studio module provides tools for building AI-powered features within your workspace.

Recycle Bin

The Recycle Bin stores records and documents that have been soft deleted from the workspace.

Instead of permanently removing data immediately, CoconutDB retains deleted items until they are restored or permanently deleted by an administrator.

The Recycle Bin helps prevent accidental data loss and supports recovery of important business information.
